Please make all cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A late cancel fee of $15 will be incurred if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of your appointment time, a full no-show charge of $25 will be incurred. No-show policy: A $25 charge will be incurred for no-shows. Late policy: A $5 charge will be incurred for tardiness of 15 minutes. Anything over 15 minutes will be considered a late cancel fee of $15 and we will try to fit you in the schedule when you arrive - if we are able to.
